Shipping Policy

This policy is applicable to domestic (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

A. SHIPPING REGION

We currently ship orders within the United States only.

B. SHIPPING COSTS

 Free Shipping on all Orders, All Over the USA

C. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY

    • In general, shipments are in transit for 3 – 5 days (Monday to Friday).
    • Order cut off time will be 02:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
    • Order handling time is 1 – 2  business day (Monday to Friday).

D. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.

If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at sales@homegridgenerators.com.

E. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If you need to update or correct your address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@homegridgenerators.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes. homegridgenerators  is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

F. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

We take great care in packing your order, but if your package is damaged or lost during shipping, contact us immediately at sales@homegridgenerators.com.

For damaged packages, please provide photos of the package and product. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

G. DELAYED DELIVERIES

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays caused by weather conditions, high shipping volumes during holidays, carrier operational issues. homegridgenerators Generators is not liable for delays once the package is handed over to the carrier.
