For used or refurbished items, warranty coverage may differ. Please refer to the warranty tab on the individual product page for specific information. We also offer extended warranty options for these products. The manufacturer’s warranty typically covers parts and labor for the first 90 days, after which the extended warranty takes effect. The extended warranty cannot be used within the first 90 days of receiving the item. For help with warranty claims or coverage, feel free to contact our support team.

Please be aware that warranties do not cover shipping damage. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect all items and packaging upon delivery and report any damage immediately. For freight shipments, inspect the item before signing for it. If serious damage is found, refuse the delivery. Otherwise, be sure to note any concerns regarding damage or missing parts on the driver’s Bill of Lading, which is essential for filing a claim in the case of concealed damage or missing components.
